R&B crooner Joe doesn’t wanna be a player no more in the grown and sexy, Hype Williams-directed visuals for his new single entitled “I’d Rather Have a Love.” This track will be featured on his upcoming, tenth studio LP, Double Back: The Evolution of R&B, which is set to drop July 2. The 12-track album will feature collaborations from Fantasia and Too $hort. Check out the tracklist and new video below.

A broken-hearted Fantasia gets glammed up and finds the strength to move on in the visuals for her triumphant, Commodores-sampled single, “Lose to Win.” This record is from the songbird’s upcoming, rock ‘n soul LP entitled Side Effects of You, which is set to drop April 23rd.

Fantasia is musically switching things up this go around. She’s taking a Rock ‘n’ Soul approach, inspired by the likes of Tina Turner, Elton John, Queen, and Aerosmith, on her forthcoming LP that will most likely be droppin’ in March 2013.

The groovin’ lead single from the project entitled “Lose to Win” is an ’80s Tina Turner-inspired, hope for the brokenhearted medley produced by Harmony. It samples the Commodores’ smooth ’85 hit, “Nightshift,” and instantly makes you wanna breakout the electric slide. “Lose to Win” will be up for purchase on iTunes on January 8th.
